Yes, we offer climate-controlled units to protect your belongings from extreme temperatures and humidity. Contact us for more information on availability.

You can access your storage unit  anytime during 5AM until 11PM with your unique door access code (climate control units)..

We offer a low cost monthly insurance you can purchase at anytime during your rental period, even after you move in!  Please contact us for rates.

Discus locks can be purchased at your local retailer or you can purchase one or many from us.  $10 + tax for 1 lock/2 keys or $18+ tax for 2 locks/keyed alike.

Just call our office 386-208-1062 and customer service can assist you with your storage questions and move you into a unit.  

Call our office and let our manager know, she can set up a time for our maintenance to remove your lock so a new one can be placed.  Units will not be opened unless the owner is present.  Units must be locked at all times so bring or purchase a new lock!  Lock cutting is ONLY permitted by our maintenance team.

We encourage you to add the name & number of someone you trust.  It’s not a commitment to them, just a backup in case we can’t contact you.    We also encourage to add an authorized user that can be responsible for your belongings if you’re incapacitated.

Yes.  We require you to read & sign a contract that notifies you of your rate, date due, and the rules.  We send the contract via email and can be signed electronically.  

We keep a copy of your photo ID so we can verify the identify of anyone that asks for changes on their account or needs a lock opened to get into a unit.

If you find we have placed a red lock on your door please call our office right away.  We have been trying to contact you.  If our manager is not in, customer service will gladly assist you.

Your access code is located on your contract.  You can also give us a quick call and our customer service team can give it to you.
